How Invited works and what you agree to.

At a glance

Free to reserve. Payment is required to activate and keep your name after launch.

1. Who we are

Invited.you is a trading name of Fons Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company 17339126.

Registered office: 97 Rede Court Road, Rochester, ME2 3TE, United Kingdom.

Contact: hello@invited.you.

2. Free and paid services

Joining the waitlist and reserving a name is free. To activate and keep your name after launch, you need a paid subscription.

Paid access costs US$9.99 / £8.99 / €10.00 monthly, or US$99.90 / £89.90 / €100.00 annually. Annual billing covers 12 months for the price of 10. Prices include applicable tax.

Pre-registered members are eligible for Founder status and initial card extras. This does not include a free subscription.

3. Adults only

You must be 18 or over to join the waitlist, reserve a name or hold an Invited account. There is no parent or guardian signup route for under-18s.

Use an email you control and only represent someone with their permission. Keep confirmation and management links private. We may ask you to confirm your age and restrict an account while a concern is reviewed.

4. Confirm, then activate

Confirm your email within 24 hours to complete the free reservation. Unconfirmed requests can expire. One email can hold one confirmed name.

The free reservation lasts until 48 hours after Invited launches publicly. Activate a paid subscription before that deadline to keep the name. Otherwise, we release it. The clock starts at public launch, not when an email arrives or is opened.

We will announce the launch time and exact claim deadline. This is a right to use an Invited name, not ownership of a domain.

5. Name availability

Names can become unavailable before you finish a request. Existing holders and protected names take priority. Some names cannot be requested.

Availability alerts do not reserve a name or give you a place in a queue. Protected-name requests need our review. See Name licence.

6. Changing your mind

Unsubscribe to stop updates. Use the separate release link to give up a reserved name. Ask for deletion if you want us to review removing your information.

Starting another request does not cancel an earlier one.

7. Sharing and content

Share your public invite link, not private email links. We record invitation activity as explained in Privacy. Sharing does not guarantee a reward.

You must have permission to use your images and follow Acceptable use. You keep your rights; you allow us to store, process and display your content to provide the service.

8. Problems and your rights

We may restrict misuse, unsafe content or disputed names. Contact hello@invited.you to ask for a review.

We cannot promise uninterrupted service. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that the law protects. English and Welsh law applies, without removing mandatory protections where you live.

9. Renewals and changes

Your right to use the name depends on an active paid subscription, subject to the applicable grace period. Plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. Normal cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. See Cancelling for withdrawal and refund rights.

Existing agreements and agreed Founder price protection remain valid. We will explain material changes before they apply where required.
