Name licence
What your Invited name gives you.
1. Available
You can request the name. We check again when you submit, so availability may change.
2. Waiting for confirmation
Confirm your email within 24 hours. After that, the temporary hold can expire. Check availability again before starting a new request.
3. Your launch claim window
Your confirmed waitlist reservation costs nothing. It holds the name until 48 hours after Invited launches publicly.
Activate a paid monthly or annual subscription within that window to keep it. If you do not, the reservation ends and the name returns to availability, subject to protection rules.
The deadline is measured from public launch, not from an email or a visit. We will announce the exact time. Email confirmation has its own separate 24-hour deadline.
4. Already taken
You can request an availability alert where offered. Confirm your email to activate it.
An alert does not reserve the name, guarantee availability or give you priority. We do not reveal the holder's private details.
5. Protected names
Some brands and identities need a manual review. Explain your connection and provide an official link where possible.
Email confirmation does not prove ownership. Existing holders take priority, and some system or blocked names cannot be requested.
6. Release or dispute
Releasing a name may make it available to someone else. Unsubscribing from email does not release it.
We may restrict a disputed name. Contact hello@invited.you to ask for a review. A reservation does not establish trademark rights.
7. Paid names
Keeping an activated name requires an active paid subscription. Existing paid terms include a 48-hour grace period after paid expiry before possible release.
This paid-expiry grace period is separate from the 48-hour launch claim window. Existing agreed rights remain in place. Names cannot be sold as domains.
