Stop emails

Use the unsubscribe link in your email. Your confirmed name stays held. Contact us if you need help stopping updates for several requests.

Release a name

Use the release link to give up a reservation early. Otherwise, activate a paid subscription within 48 hours of public launch or the reservation ends and the name is released.

Delete your information

Use Make a data request or privacy@invited.you. We will explain any limited records we must keep. Clearing cookies does not delete your account or request.

Cancel a subscription

Use Plan & billing or email hello@invited.you. A clear cancellation statement is enough. Normal cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. After the applicable paid grace period, the name may be released.

The existing paid terms include a 14-day statutory cancellation period. If you ask us to start immediately, a proportionate charge may apply for service used; your statutory rights remain.

Existing post-lapse analytics export rights stay governed by your agreement.

Cancellation form

You can use the existing model form, but you do not have to. Include your service, order date, name, address, account email and the date. Sign only if sending it on paper.
